LADIES KICKBOX WORK OUT

Not every one fancies the contact side to martial arts no matter what style.
So we have developed a work out using our Taekwondo and kick boxing techniques to get results in fitness and body toning!
Every evening and soon every morning, we hold classes for ladies who like the action but not the sparring.

We use hand and foot techniques, stretches and tai chi breathing to balance out the sessions.
Using pads to feel the connection, we learn to correctly use punching and kicking techniques which gives the ideal work out.
We target the areas that the majority of ladies want to work on.
Each session targets the main areas and works them hard.
We want you to see great results and feel fitter, stronger and over all, feel good about you!


For ladies 18 years old and above. Experience, Weight or Age Is Not An Issue
